While Aaron and I were working on the various music & cues for the recent film storyboard demo, we found it very rewarding and am currently involved with a larger x-media project.

BlueCrystal’s recording studio has had a major upgrade with the addition of a latest quad core Mac, TASCAM Digital DM-3200 32 channel digital mixer, Focusrite Liquid Mix, FMR Audio - RNC1773 Compressor, JLMaudio BA2 Mic Pres, New microphones from Shure, Rode, and the completion of our new live room with 24/8 audio channels, Cat-5 & video link. The upgrade allows 24 tracks of simultaneous recording, over 80 tracks of audio and unlimited midi at mix. The studio was originally designed as my own writings space but the as you can see I sort of got a little carried away, we will post photos soon!

Co-Writing with Duke Wilde; Having recently arrived back in Australia from a highly successful tour of New Zealand, with Brisvegas Rockabilly band The Bobkats, Duke Wilde is busy preparing for his debut release through Drop Tank Records Droptank Records country artist, Duke Wilde writing and recording material for his new album due out February, three tracks down only eight to go. Karthartic are still in pre-production for there first “studio” album, with full band rehearsals to get a tighter live sound. Hear some sound bites.

Aarron Pocock’s updated illustration and fine art web site it really is worth a look, the our guitarist really has some amazing talent, not just on guitar, I love the apes and the elephants “oh look Rodger, look at the cute tigers” oh well, you get the idea.
